The Training Services We Offer

Our training services include Skill Level Assessments, Instructor Led Training, Virtual Classroom Training, and Computer Based Training. Our training leverages Autodesk Official Training Courseware, as needed.

K-TEK’s training services extend to development of custom Instructor Led and Computer Based training materials and courseware. For such custom development, K-TEK will use your organization’s standards-so you can be sure it aligns with existing materials, processes and procedures.

Skill Level Assessments
Most organizations only use a fraction of their software solutions' functionality, making high quality training one of the best investments you can make on behalf of your business. To help your staff get the most out of your CAD technology, our consultants leverage the Knowledge-Trax Training Solution. This highly powerful online assessment tool works by identifying key knowledge gaps, allowing organizations to assess their employees' CAD-related software skills and plan and track the required training. It then reports results back to the training participant and the organization.

Using the Knowledge-Trax assessments, our consultants can then recommend effective and flexible training options, including those listed below.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
K-TEK provides classroom environments in most major cities throughout North America . ILT can also be offered on-site using data, styles, and templates specific to your projects. In addition, our instructors can deliver these trainings via Internet in what is termed a Virtual Classroom Training.

Computer Based Training (CBT)
K-TEK can also provide computer-based training, which can be packaged for delivery either online using the internet, or on local workstations. CBT courses can incorporate data specific to your organization, as well as appropriate quiz material to assess student’s progress and knowledge.
Computer based training is ideal for many organizations, because it allows users to log-in and learn at their own pace. It can also serve as a quick refresher for specific topics which are new to a user or have not been used for an extended period.

Custom Courseware Development
K-TEK has extensive experience developing custom courseware for small and large organizations. This includes not only technical end-user courseware material, but material to train sales teams, Autodesk resellers, and "train the trainer" courses.
